By a local user: bath prices are the same year around; it's just certain bargain days - Thursday and Friday - that they're half-price. Check all current prices on their site - these listed are woefully outdated.

Clothing is optional in the individual tub rooms, of course, as well as in the wood-fired sauna, on the outer deck and in and along the creek's cold plunge area.

RV spaces very limited.

Grounds restaurant and bathhouse juice bar are usually open during peak season - June through September - on Thursday thru Sunday.

The place is a rustic gem, beloved by many, with countercultural overtones.

Alas, clothing-optional was banned at Stewart's November 2016 under first new owners in 34 years. Also kicked out sweat lodge.

Place can still be enjoyed by newbies, but to any who knew it in mellower years, scene is depressingly buttoned-down now.

Think new-new ownership to rescue magical healing realm. For full inside dirt, visit poster's watchdog site stewartsprings.org
